      Watch your hours because big brother will come monitor how you work.

      Time Off was available as there are many staff members that can fill in for you. They also have tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Too many hours were required and many employees were unhappy.

      It is a company that provide medical devices and contributes to save lifes and health system.

      Cons

      All. Company is extremelly political envviroment and it is not meritocratic at all. Company contribute to bad professional and the enviroment contribute to reduce meritocracy. Ussually good professional and those one that do the right decision in prol to Baxter and not valued.
