      Pros

      They were very supportive of the student learning experience, and gave students a lot of autonomy and freedom. I left with experience in a broad range of fields and ownership of many projects. They were also very supportive of meeting professionals in other departments.

      Cons

      They seem to be downsizing so there aren't many hiring FT hiring opportunities.

      Good company to work for specifically if you are interested in Healthcare Sector

      Pros

      Company's mission is saving and sustaining life. Flexible work hours, work from home if required. Good competitive salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance may not be always great. Company is going through lot of layoffs after Baxter- Baxalta split. Employees were not transferred to Baxalta in required proportion. I am expecting this layoff cycle to continue for some time.
