      Great values. Great development programs for new grads. Lots of learning opportunities. Great believe of transition between functions.

      Cons

      All of the above cons applicable only at corporate HQ. Poor collaboration with functions outside of HQ. Too many unnecessary layers in a cake.

      Global company with a large amount of career opportunity. You work around a lot of talented people who want to do great work.

      Cons

      Lots of change (which is both good and bad). Senior management needs to continue its progress on frequent communication and transparency on changes ahead.
