Pros

There aren't a ton and that is why I left. Co-workers are really nice, respectful, and supportive.

Cons

They don't pay as well as others. The company is going through a lot of changes and has been laying off people for years and cutting costs everywhere from travel to lunches for meetings to even restricting color printing to Director level and above.

Cons

Of course resources can be limited like in all companies. Recently had a little bit of turn over making it difficult for remaining folks to cover the workload.
