      Pros

      Relatively stable company. Most of the people are enthusiastic and hard working. Frequent opportunities to expand skills and advance.

      Cons

      Do not rely on annual salary increases to become rich. Those are minuscule. Might face relocation between offices and end up working from location further away than expected.

      Lots of projects, split gives new opportunity.

      Cons

      Treat Contractors as second class citizens. No structure for projects. No leadership for projects. No feedback. No kudos for a job well done. They want you to train legacy people who have been there and not refreshed knowledge for years and then let you go. However, this is contract to hire as sold. Do not work in IT.
