      Pros

      Baxter cares about patient outcomes and improving the quality of patient lives. Great benefits packages, ability for switching positions/team and upward movement.

      Cons

      Leadership didn't consider the impact of the changes they constantly made on the people. Many life-long employees who blocked change and were very difficult to work with.

      Pros

      Lots of benefits and company planned outings for employees. Worked on many cross functional teams, as Baxter does not believe in redundancy in it's employees. Great company culture that is displayed everyday through the business and employees, especially upper level management!

      Cons

      Busy hours during the budget season, and everyone is expected to pull their own weight. Expect quick turnaround on many projects, not much room for error.

      Pros

      The paychecks never bounced. There was always more work to be done. They did have company sponsored outings such as a softball tournament and golf tournaments.

      Cons

      There was always more work for the newer people to do. The "veterans" had their own club and looked after each other. Once in the club, coworkers that you trusted would turn on you for a promotion.
