Pros

Baxter has a lot of good products and a lot of good people. Some of the initiatives with public/private partnerships are also very interesting.

Cons

The decision-making process is extremely lengthy and priorities and organisational structure seem to shift regularly making it often a very frustrating place to work.

Pros

Get paid a decent hourly wage, good vaca and benefits. Pay is around $20 per hour. They require a degree for most positions. Overtime is available in most positions.

Cons

Raises are not good, hard to advance. They layoff every couple of years. When they do, it's always a surprise and it's massive.

People are nice, however, many cannot be trusted, especially those who come in from the outside Office Building Campus is nice Benefits are competitive

Cons

Personalities tend to clash - some employees get away with dishonest behavior because of who they know at the company - not fair to those who are honest Employees not valued Communication lacking
