- work can seem sort of tedious (but you know that coming in) - unpredictable when they won't need you anymore - not a stable job (if you were looking for a long-term position)

Back in the good old days each and every one was treated like " one of the Baxter family" the Janitor had the same healthcare benefits I had as a middle manager.

Cons

Cannot thing of any down sides, but some internal politics starting coming in after Graham/Loucks influence was weaning away as contemporary Gantz III started getting powerful politically.
