* Core values of the rank and file - people care about people and the products they provide * Great view of unique healthcare markets * Great physical environment, facilities and services for employees

Cons

* Politically charged atmosphere makes it difficult to understand true business dynamics. Level of political maneuvering and associated risk is more pronounced than in other corporate environments. * Decisions - about business investment, promotions, plans - are based on personal impressions and biases versus data.
