Good pay Stable employment Good company overall but local managers let it down

Cons

Woefully inept management. Promotion of inexperienced and incapable staff over better candidates. Workload distribution issues and lack of training. Age discrimination, nepotism and and no oversight on middle management Many good people have left due to specific managers. Became too frustrating to work there as the issues have all been raised before and would cost nothing to fix.
