Benefits are a plus. That’s about it

Cons

Management is terrible and unprofessional. Overtime can be thrust upon you at end of shift. If unable to work overtime that’s handed to you 5 mins to shift completion pto is then used.

My site is quite small which makes us a very close group of people the work together.

Cons

Our site is an R&D site and Manufacturing which is hard because the two sides don't get along very well and there is a lack of communication because they are separate groups and there is not one person on site that is in charge of everyone.
