      Good pay, excellent benefits, good working environment, many perks. I love having access to the company Credit Union. Strong managerial skills are highly encouraged as well as diversity and inclusion.

      Teams within my department after very silo-ed. I have very little idea who other people are or what they do.

      This position pays well, and tge hours are very flexible. Working from home is great too.

      You won't get anywhere in this plant unless you're part of a clique, a favorite... Handlers bully others for no reason but just to get rid of them, plant is very unorganized with employees, takes forever to get new pay rate when you bid out to other jobs, certain supervisors are unapproachable which makes your job a nightmare.
