      People were very friendly across the ranks. Open door policy and open to continuous improvement , operation excellence and safety management.

      Cons

      Lean management and requesting for approval is challenging at certain stages, including recreation, indoor/ outdoor premises and work related events

      it's good to start after having finished degree.

      Flexible hours, 25 annual days, it's a good place to start if you just finish your degree.

      Cons

      It's very operational, data entry job. The managers are not qualified. The salary for pharmaceutical industry is very low. HR is not evolved, so it seems there is no rules there. Senior management don't get too much evolved with the teams.
