      The pay is good. Different divisions so career advancement is not a problem as long as positions are being created.

      Cons

      Baxter does not value talented employees. They laid them all off just to meet projections.

      Competitive compensation with decent benefits. This location is both a medical device and Biotech facility.

      Cons

      Seems like a blue collar environment. Employees treated like children.

      Good place for your first couple years

      Pros

      Good place to get broad experience, good health benefits, easy to move into junior management position, stable company, no lay-offs, some very smart and dedicated people.

      Cons

      Management is totally top down, no employee development: Management view is stay where you are and be glad you have a job, VERY bureaucratic, lots of backstabbing and taking credit for your work, compensation has nothing to do with performance, promotions based on old boy network.
