      It all depends on which devision you work for

      Pros

      I chose to work for Bax because I am close to my family. I could have worked for other companies, but I chose Bax mainly because it is close to my family. Maybe this is the trade off for job dissatisfaction.

      Cons

      Maybe it is for the division I work for, it is stressful and has deadlines after deadlines after deadlines to meet.

      Solid products. Decent marketing support.

      Cons

      Mgmt. politics. Squeeze the customer. Make customers depend on them for their chronic disease mgmt. to the point where they manipulate supply and demand of "hard to find/access" life saving medical therapies. Could there be collusion here with other competitors?

      Bad management. Constant layoffs and no long-term strategy. Company seems to be getting worse every quarter.
