      - Good group of people to work with. Across the company, people want to help and will answer your questions. - Provides you with the tools to succeed. - Produces products that keeps people safe. - Provides opportunities for employees to grow their careers. - A stable organization that is resistant to many de-stabilizing economic items other industries can be impacted by.

      Cons

      - As with many large international companies, the pace of approvals can be slow at times. - Parent organization does not always recognize impediments we face that they do not.

      There are a number of good people, and positive ideas. Not all good ideas make business sense. . .

      Cons

      Upper Management misses on understanding roadblocks,”we’ve always done it this way” shows from the top down. When you promote the wrong people, the good ones leave. Leadership and decisions are hard, sometimes decisions must be made.
