Pros

Great company with amazing benefits. Recently changed to casual attire and WFH options. Moving to a new building shortly. Has been great with Covid. Many health precautions are taken and we are able to stay home and stay healthy.

Cons

Not easy to get a promotion or raise. Can take 6 months to even get the conversations going. Everyone is secession above you as to approve the promotion. Could still use some help being a more modern company. Working on it though.
