      Pros

      The Management is supportive and reasonable. Compensation is very competitive. Workforce is diverse, intelligent, and amiable. Position is exciting and multi-dimensional. Senior management was incredibly transparent when economic downturn forced cut backs.

      Cons

      OEMs are not rigorous in their development.

      Pros

      Pay was pretty good. Most individuals I worked with were professional and helpful. Location was also convenient. Company encouraged learning.

      Cons

      Economic downturn resulted in some cut benefits, layoffs, and overall plunge in morale. Corporate atmosphere could sometimes be suffocating. Leadership sometimes has unrealistic expectations.
