Good people, good business, there really isn't too much more to say, education benefits, good other benefits, reasonable pay 401k

Cons

Overall no real concerns or downsides, general overall cuts during the last recession, no different than most other major companies

Pros

Good benefits that are accented by a well thought out "wellness" program aimed at overall healthy living practices. Generous personal/sick time. Plenty of helpful, respectful people.

Cons

Depending on position there are not a lot of chances for advancement but it seems that fits in a lot of employees plans.

Pros

Was compensated for time very well. Worked there 14 years. Made alot of friends while working there. Money was great

Cons

Plant shut down and found out that we were lied to about a new plant being built. Management knew 6 monthes prior that plant was shutting down and didn't tell the workforce.
