Pros
- Company cares about employees when it comes to support programs - People are good to work with and create a good environment to work in
Cons
- Management has a say in every tiny detail, no nothing moves at a reasonable speed and everything needs to be approved by far too many people - Strategies and plans for projects are approved, but every single thing needs to be approved and questioned even if it matches exactly what was previously approved. Makes it very difficult to get your job done in a timely manner, if at all. - Generally functions as a very small company where everybody has a say in everything, but as a fast growing company with hundreds of products and projects it isn't sustainable
