-Coworkers generally are very friendly and helpful -Good culture at the employee level -Interesting and unique engineering challenges -Medium size organization with reasonable opportunities to grows

Cons

-Upper management seems out of touch with stress and demands at the lower levels of the organization -Working relationship with parent company is full of communications issues that cause frustrating road blocks

You have very good co workers. The work isn't very hard.

Cons

You often dont get what you need to do the job. Your area management is not very good. No one wants advice how to make things better. The biusness is operated under the lean concept which mean you do several jobs with less wothout fair wages.
