      Pros

      Great group of people in the purchasing department. Everyone was always willing to work together and help each other out when needed.

      Cons

      The purchasing department seemed separated from the rest of the plant. Aside from having a separate office out on the floor, it also seemed like there wasn't a whole lot of outside interaction

      It is very easy to work at Bendix, such an old technology

      Cons

      No place to work on cool project, everyone is nagging, advancement takes forever. Fore example from an engineer to higher level it takes 10 years if not more.
