      Management struggle to understand real issues

      Pros

      Large company divided into COC's each an entity in and of its self. Has a nice fitness room. Company promotes a healthy life style. Good people to work with. Work environment is nice.

      Cons

      Very difficult for vertical mobility. Management has unrealistic expectations of employee objectives and goals. Business downturn resulted in benefit reductions and layoffs.

      Pros

      Very systematic in product development. Talented people to work with. Lot of security. Good health benefits.

      Cons

      Too bureaucratic for me. I would rather work in small innovative companies. The paperwork was huge for some products.
