-Good name for CV -Great networking opportunities

Cons

-There is a culture of bullying and hazing, particularly directed towards more junior employees -The compensation is poor in comparison to competitors, leading to a significant degree of employee dissatisfaction and low talent retention -There are constant organizational overhauls with poor senior communication that ultimately impede rather than enhance efficiency -The WFH policy is ridiculous compared to competitors. There is a culture of employee surveillance and micromanagement -Depending on location, there is very little location flexibility or promotion opportunity for internal movement

Driven colleagues but not a people company and outdated tech

Very driven people with good mentoring and learning

Cons

People are not a focus (comp is below peers) and WFH is now limited to 1 day a week For a tech company, the tech is super outdated - nothing really works and support functions are sub-par Overall, it gives the impression of cost saving everywhere (limited social and training budgets, awful support functions, offices are super outdated)

Some members of senior management truly care about the employees as human beings and go out of their way to help when they can

Cons

There are some managers who engage in abusive and openly discriminatory conduct. Senior management does not seem to be able to stop them given the length of their tenure at the firm and how deeply embedded they are in regular processes as a result
