Pros

Lots a training and more training so they pay you for training and more training. They provide food at the training. No weekend work. They don't know what you do they look at numbers. Decent company car provided. Good benefits. Good life work balance.

Cons

Too much training, low pay, low moral, no leadership, no promotions, low pay increases, your are a number not an appreciated employee, unorganized upper management, you train your manager, no improvements made. Even if your doing a great job no one will tell you. If your doing horrible job no one will tell you. Promotions are based on time with the company not promoting the best employee.

Glad it is almost over and we are being sold to one of the better companies in this industry.

Terrible decision making at the upper management levels

Corporate management is blindly running the company

Pros

Plant level people are experienced and have the ability to run operations

Cons

Corporate personnel without plant level experience try to tell each individual plant how to operate. The process is counterproductive. Plant personnel spends more time explaining why/how things work and they are recieving instruction that does not make sense. Overall, communication and understanding between plants and certain corporate personnel is very poor.
