Cons

Absolutely no room for growth and the entire HR department is a clique. If you are not in the group that runs the department then consider yourself gone in a matter of time. This company is by far the worst company I have worked for and there is so much better out there. Do not settle for this toxic company.

If you get lucky you get good management, my manager is truly a leader.

Cons

Just had layoffs, very unclear. Everyone was stressed and management did not address it. Some managers are micro managers, or very gossipy. In such a big organization a lot of the times you do not know which teams you should be collaborating with, in order to achieve your goals. Too many initiatives from global.
