Ability to learn from cross-functional areas. Dynamic enviroment with change as the only constant. Corporate office located in a low cost-of-living city.

Cons

Affected by the current construction crisis, the company has not understoon the demand vs supply simple rule and the overcapacity is tremendous

Pros

Good people. Great work environment. Interesting and challenging. A lot of growth over time. Currently suffering some drawback together with the construction industry. It has seen better day and will probably see them again if it becomes more disciplined.

Cons

Top Management sometimes not completely engaged. A lot of nepotism going on (worldwide).

Not a place to strike a work/life balance

Operationally excellent Good benefits Global opportunies (for the select choosen few)

Cons

No work/life balance (late nights are the norm) You are treated as a "human resource" Lack of senior leadership Hierarchy is difficult to manage Corporate HQ still requires suit and tie. Your career depends on who you know Very tight with money on many things, except for a few people or functions that spend money like it is going out of style
