Challenging work and smart people.

Cons

Little to no work/life balance. Remote work was frowned upon. They provide no administrative support, so a lot of time is wasted on these tasks. Salary and benefits package is not competitive.

Competitive salary, although long hours.

Cons

Unclear goals. Regional managers are blind to the experienced local managers input. The company Has turned an otherwise good company to work for to a miserable workplace, Many local managers are fed up, and some have resigned. This comes from a thirty year manager.

Pros

You will learn very quickly and a lot of information about the industry. It is a field that’s very interesting, many processes to learn. A good starting job.

Cons

The culture is very toxic. There are no work place values, it is difficult to move up in any position if you are good at your job, you will most likely stay there. Management needs a lot of work, a lot of mico-managing. Positions change very often, as the only people that are promoted are the ones that just do as their told.
