      False promises and lack of communication

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, free gas, worked with great guys on the field, and exposure to real life situations on the job. If you take safety seriously then you will learn so much

      Cons

      -Horrible salary for cost of living and location, upper management changes too much -upper management is not transparent. -Laid off a ton of people in the course of 2 years regardless of knowledge and expertise, leaving a boneyard crew who are somewhat incompetent of real life situations. -Only promoting someone because they asked for more money not because they have excelled in duties to obtain that position. -consistently isn’t followed throughout the region

      Pros

      Great benefits, coworkers, emphasis on engagement, and flexibility in roles. Had a great time working with the people and participating in engagement events.

      Cons

      Preferential treatment given to Spanish speakers, even in the US-based operations. If you don’t speak Spanish or know someone in the C-Suite, you’re overlooked. They also spew the “we’re a family” line despite blatant preferential treatment and cliques.

      Canned for leaving a lock on the opposite of the norm. and terrible drive
