Office location is not near the subway station.

With regards to the office location and its proximity to a subway/metro station, there are four stations at an 8-10 minute walk or 4-5 blocks away. In the blue/orange line, Foggy Bottom is about 4.5 blocks away and an 8-min walk and Farragut West is a 10-minute walk and 5 blocks away; in the red line, Farragut North is an 8-minute walk and 4 blocks away and Dupont Circle is also 8 minutes away or a 4-block walk.

lots of overtime, very under staffed.

Thank you for your comments. Some teams find themselves understaffed, which is not our intentional approach to work as it poses a challenge both to the employee personally as well as to the business. International project assignments and global time zones are sometimes difficult to manage during normal business hours. Under Kelly's leadership, however, we are working diligently to make work/life balance a priority.

Cons

Some Senior project managers have really poor management skills and that affects the project team work.
