      It's a huge corporation so you can get lost as a person and management can be amazing or terrible its a true coin toss. Management also moves around a lot

      Very little opportunity to progress from this role to another department, with more meaningful work. Typical call centre, constant calls, micromanaged, late shifts, abusive customers.
