      Progressive, great work-life balance. Competitive pay, open friendly environment.

      Cons

      Beginning my role was a difficult transition. I had worked in more traditional, old school environments. Once I adjusted, it became the best place I ever worked.

      Good company but your opportunities are very dependant on how good your manager is

      Pros

      Competitive salary and bonuses. There can be a lot of opportunities depending on your manager and leadership teams and you can usually move internally within the company.

      Cons

      Too many reorgs that are followed up with poor leadership and no direction from senior management. Many people can deal with 3-4 role changes within a year which can make it very hard to be successful.
