They likely understand how to play the rating system game well. *It’s hard to move up especially into senior manager or director level roles. *product management here can be more like project management. *company always has open positions because they are always turning people over based on whether they like them or not *Too many leadership and organizational changes. They say it’s normal but I don’t think it’s a good sign *overall not a place for growth or outsiders
