Pros

Work Life Balance is top notch, appraisal is on par the market standard and variable pay is fantastic, for the last 2 years I have seen everyone getting more than 100% variable pay. Last but not the least, since it is still establishing its footprint in India, job security is also good.

Cons

Mandane task becomes boring.. if you upgrade your skill, you may not get a chance to implement it.. Management forces everyone to come to office atleast 3 days a week so you can't expect to get WFH option

No work life balance. No real life expectations. No management. No process of IT companies. No one will cooperate with you at work in so called Team. If you ask someone, It wastes their time and decreases their efficiency - Thats how they explain TEAM work
