Pros

Benifits are o.k if you can afford to pay $500 deductable for single and $1000 deductable for family on your medical benifts. Vacation time is 2 weeks for new employees up to five years. 48hrs holiday pay and 48hrs unplanned that have to be used in 1 year. If not used can not carry over or get paid out for it.

Cons

Difficult to get promotions. Company continues to cut back on benifits.

Pros

Pay is decent. Job is stable. Benefits are fair. Ample paid time off. Company is very structured, and provides great training.

Cons

No room for advancement. Management was condescending towards employees. Promotions were not based on merit. Many of the unit managers were promoted based on seniority alone, it was obvious that they didn't possess the leadership skills. Call centers easily burn their employees out, hence the very low retention rate.
