Salary is always on time wfh is great my team was the best

KPI to get monthly bonus in the hands of customers makes 0 sense. If they are unhappy about the resolution (that you give according to policy) they will give you 1 out of 5 and your VOC will drop drastically. You are told to start at 8 and go online, but when it's time to log off you have to do it 2 minutes after your log off time because "we have to wait for the queue to be clear". Imagine an incoming call that comes in those 2 minutes and you're on the phone for half an hour. That means if you had something else to do, like living the rest of your life, you're late, you can't. You can't take your 10 minutes personal time in the last hour of your shift for some unspecified reason, the breaks are tightly scheduled which for a job based on incoming calls is unthinkable. If your break is at 10 am, and you receive a call at 9.58 you have to wait for the call to end before taking your 15 minutes anyway. So what's the point of scheduling them? Sometimes between 2 breaks there are 3.5/4 hours on an 8-hour shift. To progress in your career you have to stay in the same role for at least one year. Other factor for promotion is if you constantly get the bonus by reaching KPI. So if you're good on calls, you will be promoted off the calls.

Will employ anyone even if you lack qualifications

Their true value is not One Concentrix, its “One Nepotism”. They don’t give a damn about you. When it comes to promotion, you will never get it even if you deserve it. You need to be friends with people in management to be able to get that. You need to get under the table to be able to get that promotion and the worst thing is that they do it openly, making hardworking people demotivated. No meritocracy at all. And they are the worst Hypocrites from top to bottom management, every single one of them. They pretend to say that they heard that there are nepotism and that it will stop, when they themselves are practicing it. Do not advice anyone to join such a nepotistic and hypocritical company.

Nothing at all, believe me.

Instead of spending money buying pizzas, snacks, drinks, etc to deceive employees leading them to think that it is actually a great company to work in, the "big bosses" should control, verify and investigate - in a fair way -how managers are treating people. People Solutions will not act on managers, even if they have made a big mistake. they will only make decisions like disciplinary proceedings or dismissal with agents. They blindly believe in the "superiors". In Porto (Portugal), the most toxic work environment I've ever known. Managers do as they please. they are "untouchable". Associate directors and directors don't care about these things. They spend their lives in meetings after meetings through Teams, often from home. They are "bigs", with big salaries, why bother with the "little ones". People leave the company like ants leaving the shelter to look for food. Injustices, moral harassment and humiliations happen every day at Concentrix in Porto. It is time for the labor authorities in Portugal to do a thorough investigation. or the media....That s enough!
