      Worked for youtube process overall experience was good Good environment Supporting management Able to Maintain balance in work and personal life

      Cons

      When it comes to salary ofcourse for which we all work then cnx is not good at all On the name of increment they increase your pay like 400-500 after 18 months that's not fine in anyway

      Some understanding and sound managers. Got promoted but decided to leave anyway.

      Cons

      The pay, the shifts, the changes, the constant increase in demands but refusal to entertain a payrise without a promotion, even if you're in the same position 5 years. The fact you're constantly asked to do overtime because they won't provide adequate time and try cut so many corners to meet the numbers for their outsourcing. Got promoted but decided to leave anyway due to the poor pay. Operations Manager changed and it all went downhill after that.
