Pros

Pay is the only thing maybe good about them

Cons

Management is so unorganized. Change TLs like every month They don’t care about you This TL gave me a ncns after she said I was approved to go on leave. Spoke to them about it they never did anything, they always disregarded me so I stopped asking. You can’t even reach Hr if you wanted to. No sick time, they will not excuse you if you have a doctors note. No maturity Leave. They want you to do the most answer calls from around the world and I was told we were going to only answer calls in Australia. They set the wrong expectations. They don’t really care about they employees we are just a number to them. literally this TL mention if we don’t do our work right she not getting her bonuses smh . They don’t respond to emails They also said that overtime is mandatory but they include it in your schedule and it’s your job to tell them you can’t do it or you’ll get an half a point for it. This company is literally a joke. micromanaged also We are required to have our camera on all meeting but management don’t have to have theirs on. Make it make sense. Lead by example

Pros

- Colleagues can be very supportive depending on the office - 'Some' good projects to work on but not always - A great place to work if you are starting out as a graduate developer, you will learn very quickly - The Melbourne office seem to be more progressive with a great culture - Brown bag sessions across offices during COVID

Cons

- Lack of experience amongst senior level staff - Lack of delegation amongst the leadership team, this may be due to lack of trust overall - Roles of seniority are not defined ver well - Payscales are not defined at all and HR have no intention of doing this - Questionable HR capabilities - Company processes are almost non existent - Poor work life balance in the Sydney office - You'll be treated like a junior for the first year, regardless of your seniority - Employees that have been in the company for a while are reluctant to change their ways of working

The people are the culture. Global management needs improvement

Pros

1. Local management team is supportive 2. The people is what makes the culture here. People in every department are all very talented and always willing to help and share. 3. Professional and personal development budget is provided 4. Work from home policy is great 5. Collaborative culture and great bunch of talented hardworking employees have no problem delivering top quality products efficiently 6. Projects are meaningful and interesting and have been winning awards. 7. Secondment in other offices

Cons

1. Salary is below the market average for most roles besides the global management. 2. Promised salary increment was frozen in March due to Covid, there wasn’t any 1 to 1 discussion about the percentage of increase or the new salary figure between March to August until a week before month end. Employees are expected to accept the new salary without negotiation even though they said negotiation would be part of the process but it wasn’t. The employees happen to be the one driving this conversations instead of the management. The impact of the lack of salary related conversations has caused talented people to leave the company which has been a common pattern for a while. 3. Since Concentrix acquired Tigerspike, there has been a continuous nudge to cut costs even as small as removing cookies from the office pantry. That sort of cut cost technique isn’t smart. It also affects the morale and culture of the company amidst other sorts of cut cost techniques. Especially when tigerspike is doing really well financially even during Covid. 4. There is a lack of transparency regarding salary bands. 5. Important news regarding company changes in Tigerspike & Concentrtix are announced at the very last minute via an email from the CEO.
