The company doesn’t take time to work with or develop staff at all. They put out a survey and say they care about your voice and are going to make changes but then when those changes don’t happen and you ask about them they say that the survey results were lost. This has been the worst company I’ve ever worked for. To top it off just got told that they were eliminating my position due to moving staffing overseas and that I had 1 week to find something else. Company keeps getting record profits but it’s because they keep eliminating staff in the US to pay staff overseas penny’s on the dollar. If you work here just know that they won’t develop you or help you with your career because the management simply does not care. Also the company says that they care about mental health. Recently went through a mental health crisis and my manager who is a mental wellness partner said Ithat when she needed her staff to be strong I wasn’t and that I just needed to leave. That should tell you how the company feels about employees

Very Fake company, they try to promote positive things but have no real plan for how to execute them, they make it impossible to actually do any of those things. They don't give time for employees to have a work life balance or to get a break, they work you to death and always expect more. If you don't give enough or everything of yourself, you're not seen a team player or hard enough worker. Many burn outs and large turn around, why many people come and go. Few that have stayed there and the ones that have, have been there forever and get special treatment from upper level executives. Work environment in the US is by far the worse compared to Asian countries or other countries outside the US which is where they use most of their advertisement to promote fake fun work environments. No appreciation for the hard work you do if you aren't on your bosses good side.
