Pros

Concentrix is continuously working for the infrastructure that is good. Ease of working as their tools are very easy to access. Leave policy is so good as they do not force any employee to come to the office on their leaves that I found so good here.

Cons

* I do not found it a safe place for women employee as I am a female employee and continuously facing verbal, psychological and sexual harrasment at workplace and even though I talked with my reporting manager about it and after that the harassment becomes so severe with me. I am facing this harassment since four month that it make me sick now. I got so depressed now and do not want to talk to anyone and my heart does not allow me to go to the same place again. If I will any opportunity then I will definitely going to leave the organisation and never would like to join again in the future. I do not know if this thing happen in another process also but in my process that is US based telecom process it happens alot with everyone there who are introvert or weak or not interested in conflicts. *It feels like there your every action is taped or recorded them if you talk with anyone, if you go anywhere. What you are eating at home they keep eye on every details of you, so you should forget your privacy if you are planning to join this company. *You found the agents scared everytime there.

Pros

Friendly colleagues, working together with TL is great, though not all TL. Cool workplace, convenient for transportation for both locals and expats. Probably a bit less restricting than some of the other BPO industries. CNX wont leave you jobless easily if the program is not suited for you, they work hard to make sure you dont suddenly become jobless (though some situation is not able to be avoided)

Cons

Quite toxic depending on the project. You may not feel anything for the 1st or 2nd month, but eventually, it will eat at you if you stayed for more than 1 year. Despite the friendly staffs, when talk about work you have to try very, very hard to convince yourself that you love your work. TL would try to motivate but the power of very very high KPI would most probably render TL motivation to you useless. Management will threated your job as part of their motivation and expect you to be very motivated to work hard to keep your job. If you get a new job, your colleague would most probably congratulate you not because you further your career but more likely they celebrate you for finally able to leave the company. No comment on career opportunity, I feel like they are not able to give everyone an equal opportunity because they already have people in mind before job posting so many applicant are not reviewed at all.

Pros

Best Company only if you not expect more salary and no carrier growth

Cons

Report managers are playing politics on the developers and doing favorism to the close friends or their known persons. If you question on their decisions (with respect to the project or raised any concerns about the project operations or technical decisions) then you won't get any salary hike or promotions. And also they will change the reporting manager of the candidate and will provided bad reviews to the candidate while processing the yearly review (appraisal process) since that is doing on the background without knowing you. Especially, these politics are genuinely high in Seattle area.
