      Pros

      Work-Life balance depending on project needs. Availability to work from home if the project is covered. nice start on vacation package, standard on automotive industry +December shutdown. Good bonuses if personal goals achieved, financial goals are not up to standard engineer but profit is shared almost fairly.

      Cons

      Still a German company so all the same for the German company reviews. Some upper management are from North America so it helps balance the management/employee struggle.

      Pros

      Accepting students on R&D locations for part-time positions. Good payment for a student. Opportunities to learn new things and being in contact with pro developers and others. Career opportunity. Understanding students needs, e.g days off. Benefits like : spa, sports and discounts.

      Cons

      The policy isn't so good, and because of this a lot of time is waisted. Sometime awful tools and complicated. Sometime feedback isn't given.
