Enjoyed working with a wide variety of customers. Also, based on my knowledge of these shoes, was able to assist customers in purchasing the correct shoe.

Cons

The few customers paying no attention to their children as they made messes of the inventory. The steady decrease in monthly bonuses to almost nothing.

Pros

Great people and work environment ... and you get to wear the product to work everyday! Opportunities to show your abilities. Lots of additional benefits like in-house gym and volunteer opportunities.

Cons

This is a global company so there can be some early morning or late evening calls. I found these to be manageable.
