Friendly environment, nice dress code, great customers. If you get a great manager you going to have a great time and having fun

Cons

Minimum payment, and a lot of responsibility, if you have a bad manager your time in crocs going to be a bad time. No body her yours ideas , and them do not have time to talk with others employees only the managers.

12 years ago Crocs was not even a brand - now it is a 1.2 billion Company , it is hard to keep up all together and find the way to build the Organization and the Processes needed to bring Crocs to the Next Level a lot of motivation and time are required.

Cons

Trust more the people with talent let's build the Organization leaded by Managers with the Vision and the Skills required to create even more talents below them.
