Average benefits and decent working hours, glad to find my fun every day and help the company

Cons

Leadership claims to look out for stores best interest but culture is unattainable at current labor levels. If you want retail professionals you need to invest in them financially.

Pros

Can't think of any. This was a really terrible experience all the way around.

Cons

There were 4 district managers in less than a year, all of whom did everything differently. There was little clear direction, crazy unrealistic expectations, and little to no onboarding or training. Long after I was gone, I heard from a reliable source (and this can be documented) that they were still disparaging my character and lying about why I left the company. I guess that's no surprise.

Pros

The job skills required are not intense it's just shoes of which there are tons and tons of but very simple. Lots of different metrics which make the job fun

Cons

the job is salary which means you're expected to work at minimum 45 hours a week but realistically you're working almost 60 each week, it's rough. There are opportunities to make a monthly bonus but the raises don't happen for management.
