Pros

Very relaxed atmosphere. Good incentives. Changing corporate management so will bring new life to the company. At least one weekend off a month and two addt'l sun or sat off as well.

Cons

Not many cons. Lots of repetitive paperwork. Observations every week which can become mundane. Not a very good training program in place

Pros

Friendly, fun environment. Most of the people at Crocs are wonderful, and want to do the right thing for the company. The product is great, the brand is fun, and marketing is catching up. We are expected to work hard, but are encouraged to take time to recharge as well. The company is refocusing on how to continue to be successful long term, putting long term profitability ahead of short term revenue.

Cons

Crocs is working to overcome unclear vision and direction from the previous leadership. Trying to do everything for everyone all of the time has left us spread thin, and unfocused. Currently undergoing big changes at the top which always brings uncertainty. Tired of hearing "those are Crocs?".

Senior management fighting amongst each other Culture is diseased No strategic direction from upper management In fighting between departments encouraged HR team is a joke- they have done nothing to weed out destructive individuals after numerous complaints from various employees Employees who add to the dysfunctional environment are rewarded
