The shoes are out of this world comfortable. Free shoes when you're hired, and 4-8 times year a deep discount on an extra pair or another free pair. Company is restructuring and introducing a lot of streamlining processes. Training programs are getting better. Love working here!

Cons

The changes are not always a clean roll out. Management changes and their typical gripes from most retail stores. Overall, no break the deal type of cons.

They are every strict, if you make the day and keep up with your sales, they will leave alone but the moment you aren't making them enough money it changes. no praise and a lot of negatively
