The pay was decent. It's a very very easy job. They pay more then most retail businesses. But the pay almost isn't worth it.

Cons

It's very boring. It's the same thing day by day. They are VERY outdated paperwork wise. Closing and opening takes forever just because you have so much paper work to do.

Leadership is dysfunctional. The south region leadership of the US is run by team who are only out to replace people, they have no interest in really coaching and training their teams, as they claim.
