Great interview and relationship during hiring process. Once on board one quickly realizes the structure and hierarchy. I have read the other reviews and they are spot on. The company has you write a review but they want a spin on the truth.

Cons

Depends who you are this is worse than high school drama. There are a few honest hardworking compassionate and kind people who are over shadowed and treated terribly by the “leaders” zero flexibility for remote or 4 days work weeks. Blind to what the employees are leaving this job for to run right to competitors.

Good interview salary was lackluster

Pros

As a member of the HR community for 8 years the salary was out of touch with the job market and responsibilities. I found the interview to be one of the best I have ever had. The recruiter spent time to seek me Out in the area and was accommodating to my schedule. She is a gem and was engaging and had an answer to every question I had about the role and benefits.

Cons

Salary was out of touch by about 5 years and the benefits and lack of any remote or hybrid option was a deterrent.

Nice offices, events and team parties

Cons

Toxic culture. You cannot report to HR because they are part of the problem. There are a few bullies there and everyone knows they run the place. Ask the employees they will answer but are afraid to come forward.
