Permanent Work from home. Good opportunity for people with French, Haitian Creole, German; Laptop and software provided. No target. If you love taking calls, back to back, this is the company for you;

Cons

Management is a JOKE, except 1. No increment even for people working 7+yrs; No Set of rules, policies or even HR; It is being made on the Go, whatever does good to the company; Definitely not a company following Lean Six Sigma; Harassment in the name of quality; and whatever happens, no ownership, they blame it on the client. Self made rules for FNF and Gratuity; Rules beyond the Guidelines of the Government; No Money for internet Provided, even though they will ask you to use at least 100mbps speed.

Good interview lacking benefits and flexible

Pros

Recruited for a business engineer. The interview was good and the recruiter was respectful of my time and listened to what I required to take a new job.

Cons

Lack of flexible hybrid schedule or 4 day work Weeks. I was willing to work around the salary if the company culture and employees were a fit but the outdated policy of no hybrid was a deal breaker. The recruiter sent me a link. She was great.

Cons

Do not give full paychecks, constantly changing hours for you and give no days off during holidays. Does not follow labor laws. Turn and run fast
