Pros

Great possibilities to make a lot of commission if you hit metrics consistently. Fun atmosphere, prizes and etc. Most of the leadership is great.

Cons

Rude customers, terrible benefits, Constant changes to how you get paid can be annoying. Constant channel negotiations which angers employees and the customers. I wish that all the leadership was great.

Cons

-medical benefits have high deductibles -luck of the call type of environment. With variables that are out of your control -high performance expectations, so mentally brutal if you're not used to fighting every call -low communication about factors that effect your sales
